Aurelius offers an integrated twelve (12) week Mind, Body and Soul Program. By providing a holistic program with treatments seamlessly integrated over the twelve (12) weeks, we believe we are able to achieve stronger results vs. offering one mental health treatment at a time.

- Drug-free and non-invasive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
- 1 on 1 mental health counseling
BODY
- 1 on 1 performance coaching with our exercise physiologists
- Bio-marker (blood) testing and nutritional coaching
- Training and sleep results are tracked with Whoop
SOUL
Adventure trips in nature such as Hiking, Biking, Mountain Climbing and Kayaking
OUR MISSION
Our core focus is helping active military, veterans and first responders suffering from depression and PTSD overcome their psychological obstacles and achieve exceptional post-traumatic growth.
Aurelius' world-class team consists of mental health professionals, naturopathic doctors, exercise and human performance specialists, and wilderness adventure guides who collaborate closely to offer the 12-week long Aurelius program. Our program is hands-on, confidential and cost-free. There is no stigma attached to attending the program and we operate it like a small, family-owned business.
